About Me

My photo
Hi I'm Clare, I live in the South West of England in the seaside town of Torquay. I adore playing with inks, paints and generally getting messy. It is the calm place which fits in between my hectic life whilst working as an outreach support worker, looking after my son, daughter, foster son and hubby. Not forgetting our gorgeous springer spaniel, Suzi.

Mixed Media Monthly Challenge #39

Hi guys I'm blogging today for Mixed Media Monthly Challenge.  This months challenge is sponsored by Indigoblu and our Guest Designer this month is Jenny Marples.

This month we have some photo inspiration for you as well as the beautiful creations that the rest of the team come up with!  Remember to head over to the blog to check out their makes, read the challenge rules so you can pop in your entries to be in with a chance of this months prize!

I chose to work on a cardboard frame.  I layered up with paint before adding a layer of brick texture paste.

I stamped and heat embossed Country House onto some white tissue paper and adhered it to my project.  I also stamped the foliage & sentiment from Victorian Garden in the same manner and applied it with some matt medium.

I stamped the doorway onto some card, coloured in and fussy cut to add another layer to my project.

That's it from me today, remember to head over to the blog to find out how to enter your fabulous creations.

Crafty Hugs,
Clare x x x

    1. My instructions wasn't very clear, must have had brain fog when I typed this, lol. I put texture paste through a brick stencil. Sorry for the confusion! Hugs, Clare 😘
