I chose to work with Distress Oxides for this project. I built up my layers of distress inks using stencils and stamps from Stampers Anonymous/Tim Holtz, Warehouse District Set. I applied some layers of tissue tape before layering on some die cut cogs.

Using Prima Rust paste, I painted the cogs to give them and old rusty look.
