About Me

My photo
Hi I'm Clare, I live in the South West of England in the seaside town of Torquay. I adore playing with inks, paints and generally getting messy. It is the calm place which fits in between my hectic life whilst working as an outreach support worker, looking after my son, daughter, foster son and hubby. Not forgetting our gorgeous springer spaniel, Suzi.

Scribbly summer days

Hi folks just a quick blog from me tonight.  I decided today that I wasn't going to be wasteful!  So flicking back a page or two, in my large Dylusions journal, I decided to use a background I had made for a different project which I'd abandoned.

I sploged away with my Dina Wakely acrylics to layer my petals.

I blended around the flowers with my fingers with umber, white, some tangerine and magenta.

Lots of doodling now with my Posca pens.  I was very scribbly with my doodles on the flowers!

That's all from me today.  I have lots of projects on the boil so I hope to be back soon to share with you all.

Happy crafting,

Hugs,
