Hi I'm Clare, I live in the South West of England in the seaside town of Torquay. I adore playing with inks, paints and generally getting messy. It is the calm place which fits in between my hectic life whilst working as an outreach support worker, looking after my son, daughter, foster son and hubby. Not forgetting our gorgeous springer spaniel, Suzi.

For a Special Little Lady!

Good evening everyone, I've been card making on a school night! It's for a very special reason too. My very dear cousin and his lovely wife had a beautiful baby girl on Monday.

I am so excited because I am going to visit at the weekend and have a cuddle. i will also spend some time with my crafty auntie barb :-).

Of course I couldn't go empty handed so I have made a card to mark this special occasion.

I probably won't be blogging at the weekend so I hope you all have a lovely time, I know I will. Bring on the weekend, have fun. X x x x

    WOW what an absolutely gorgeous card! Love the shapes of the backing tiles, makes them look so much more interesting than basic square ones. The embossing is gorgeous and love the distress inked edgings.
    The layered hearts with that lovely fizzy moon image looks beautiful and the different inked buttons finish it off perfectly!
